I miss you like.........I would miss
the sun warming me at dawn....
The moonlight guiding my through the dark..
My sight, should I awake with none....
My legs, if they were numb....
The rain falling soft in June....
The music that makes me sing...
The scent of a crisp October day....
A world without compassion and love....
My Faith, should I ever lose it.....
Life, should it end without you in it.........
The Wick and The Wind
Does love run strong through your stem my love Though the wind
bids to extinguish your flame? Will it break in the wind, Or bend and dance with my heart To the song that changes
but never ends. Words can speak with eloquence- But it’s your heart that speaks the truth. Though the wind
makes your flame flicker so- And your love belongs to the wick and the wind.

All I Want
All I want is
To grow old with you
Hold your hand
By the mirky sea
Dance with you
Under the dusky sky
Awaken each day
With your skin on mine
Dream with you
Amongst distant stars
Walk with you
Through trial and time
Stand by you
When no one will
Lift you up
When you fear you'll fall
Hope for you
When all seems lost
Chase your pain
With my resolve
And Love my love
Till my breath is gone

The Storm
It is a night, not like the others
Rain taps lightly on my roof;
In the street below, fog...
Drains the clarity of things:
Then comes the thunder,
Flashes of light in the ebony sky;
My heart beats strong and wild;
Like the raging storm outside.
Your sweet face takes shape,
In the sporadic light;
The winds rage rises,
Like the longing in my heart.
I feel you, across the miles,
Your touch is like fire on my skin;
Your lips a sweetness never tasted,
And passion takes me under:
I let go, slip into the heat,
succumb to the rising storm;
He is my shelter, my bliss...
I have found my haven in his kiss:
I wake up, was it all a dream,
On my breast, a sleeping hand;
I look upon his sleeping face,
Into the face of the divine:
The world outside is silent now,
And I am wrapped in warmth and joy,
I feel the grace of waking up,
And finally being home:

I can’t handle this
The constant confusion
It seems like our love
Is just an illusion
You rip out my heart
Then stick it back in
What you are doing
Should be a sin
It’s just the same routine
I love you, I don’t
It’s too hard to handle
I can’t and I won’t
I know that I love you
But this pain is too much
My heart’s in your hands
Please strengthen your clutch
So you won’t lose me
Another girl in your list
A new name and nem heartbreak
Just more lips that you’ve kissed
So as I remember
The time that we shared
I hope that you know
I really did care
